Assebly of 223 dwellings, which has attempted to avoid the typical closed block configuration of itīs own zone. To do that they have designed bigger corridors built-up from the common apartment blocks, in a manner that would release one part of the area and permit to open the northen block of the building facade. With the one transformation of a corridor and a large prow-shaped cantilevel, that gives an oppotunity of pedestrian access and creates an ample space for the community swimming pool, which has a magnificent sunlight. In the facades was used the FAVETON Ceramims products, the ones that are seen on the glass bibs terraces. It gives a lot of personal distictiveness and delicacy in its entirety.
